HANDL Personal Pickup & Delivery Services provides practical, short-distance assistance for individuals and families who need an item collected, purchased, returned or delivered within their local area. The service includes package pickup and delivery, document pickup and delivery, prescription pickup, personal shopping, grocery delivery, meal delivery, returns and exchanges, furniture pickup and delivery, local pickup requests, and special delivery requests.
Pricing is calculated from the selected request, delivery distance, delivery priority and preferred vehicle. Every booking includes a minimum service fee that accounts for the Handler’s travel time, fuel, vehicle use, local parking and the responsibility involved in handling the request. Economy delivery uses the standard base rate. Standard, Priority and Express options add progressively higher service fees, while deliveries after 7 PM are charged at double the applicable daytime price.
This service is designed only for local assistance. The maximum supported distance is 20 miles within the same local service area. It is not intended for long-distance, intercity or interstate shipping. The cost of groceries, meals, prescriptions, retail items, parking, tolls and other third-party purchases is not included in the HANDL service price unless specifically stated.
For Special Delivery Request, customers should describe the item, pickup requirements and delivery instructions. Unusual, oversized, restricted or high-liability requests may require review and a custom quote before confirmation.
